Espa Injection 10 ml

Indication:
As antispastic in adjuvant treatment of digestive conditions (abdominal colic, gastric or duodenal ulcer, gastritis, enteritis, colitis, pancreatitis, spastic constipation, meteorism, spasms of cardiac and pyloric sphincter, spasms of the biliary smooth muscles, biliary lithiasis, cholecystitis); spasms of urinary tract smooth muscles (renal, urethral lithiasis, pyelitis, cystitis); genital disorders (uterine tetanic contractions, severe pains, abortion imminence), in dogs, cats, horses, cattle. The spasmolytic action of the product also causes pain killing up to removal.

Dosage & Administration:
The product is administered by parenteral route: subcutaneous (SC), intramuscular (IM) or intravenous (IV), as follows:
In horses and cattle: 160–200 mg active substance (8-10 ml product), IM or SC; repeat the dose 2 –3 times/day if necessary. In case of acute abdominal colic, inoculate slowly 8 ml product by intravenous route (IV); the dose may be repeated 2-3 times/day by IM or SC route.
In dog: 1-2 ml, IM or SC, 1-2 times/day.
In cat: 0.5 ml–1 ml, IM or SC 1–2 times/day.
