Novoflor Vet Solution 500 ml

DESCRIPTION

NovoflorTM Vet solution is a synthetic broad spectrum antibiotic. The active

ingredient, Florfenicol is active against both gram-positive and gram-negative

bacteria.

COMPOSITION

Each mL solution contains Florfenicol INN 200 mg.

INDICATIONS

NovoflorTM Vet solution is indicated for the treatment of following diseases of

poultry:

• Colibacillosis • Salmonellosis • Fowl cholera

• Fowl typhoid • Pullorum disease • Pneumonia etc.

MODE OF ACTION

NovoflorTM Vet consists of Florfenicol that acts by binding to the 50S ribosomal

subunit of bacteria, thereby inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

1 mL / 2 L drinking water ( 20 - 30 mg / Kg body weight) for 3 – 5 days.

Or, as per direction of a registered Veterinarian / Consultant.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

Broiler: 5 days

SIDE EFFECTS

None.

ADVERSE EFFECTS

During treatment, the intake of feed & water may be decreased and the stool may

be loosen.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Do not administer in case of previous hypersensitivity to Florfenicol.

USAGE

Stir continuously while mixing with water.

• Can be used only under supervision of a registered veterinarian

• Complete full course according to the prescription

• Dosage and administration must be as per prescription

STORAGE CONDITION

Do not store above 30 °C temperature. Keep away from light and wet place. Keep

out of reach of children.

NovoflorTM Vet solution. Each mL solution contains Florfenicol INN 200 mg.

NovoflorTM Vet 100 mL Solution: Each carton contains one bottle of 100 mL

NovoflorTM Vet solution. Each mL solution contains Florfenicol INN 200 mg.

NovoflorTM Vet 500 mL Solution: Each carton contains one bottle of 500 mL

NovoflorTM Vet solution. Each mL solution contains Florfenicol INN 200 mg.
